So for me 30 minutes a day gets my heart rate going, maintains my weight, boosts my energy. So what does 45 minutes do for me, now is the time that I start to trim down slowly and feel a little bit more refreshed. So what does 60 minutes do for me....It totally gets me ripped! No,I keep the trim down on fat, but I get toned, I have a lot more energy and I feel like I can do more during the day. But that is for me!
For you, you need to play with this. Try it for a month at 30 minutes, how do you feel? Try it for 45 minutes, do you notice any additional benefit? Try it for 60 minutes, how did it affect you? Every increment of time is different for each individual. Find what works for you, find an increment of time that makes you feel your greatest! For me, I love a good 60 minute workout.
